Life is good. A 2 day old and a three year old.

Still alive at 65!

Did you know I had a birthday?? This one was a big one and it sure came around fast. Seems just the other day I was 21. Sometimes it is fun being 65. You can act stupid or silly or whatever and nobody will hold it against you. They just roll their eyes and inside, I am thinking, your time is coming, baby, your time is coming.

New Baby Coming!!!!!!!!!!

Did I tell you all that I am going to have another grandbaby?? His name is going to be Maxx and he will put in his appearance next month. I can hardly wait to get my hands on him.

School's out, school's out!!!!!!!!

Just a few more hours and we will turn them out. I love them and I will miss some of them, but it is time for them to go.

Changing of the Guard

Since my one of my hobbies is photography, I am always looking for those special shots. These are the hands of my precious Aunt Leota and my precious granddaughter, Winter, taken during a trip to Colorado in 2007. It was the first time they met, but it didn't take long for them to bond. What a wonderful experience it was seeing them together, a two-year old and an 82 year old, looking at life from two perspectives which weren't all that different. They talked, they played and loved being together.
